Inspired by Holistic Educational Practices, Riverside Garden encourages children, in the St. Louis Metro-East area, to embark on the path of life-long learning and intentional living. With proper materials and guidance, children will explore subjects hands-on; that not only challenge their minds, but will spark curiosity, compassion, and creativity.

Riverside Garden is a proud recipient of the VELA Micro Grant. VELA is catalyzing a diverse ecosystem of out-of-system providers, so that families can access the learning environments that work best for them. All programs that VELA supports exist to serve learners and families participating in unconventional learning outside of traditional public, private, and charter schooling.
